Job Summary:
Provide clinical supervision of direct care staff and clinical intervention and case management for patients diagnosed with chemical dependency and/or co-occurring disorders by performing the following duties:
Essential Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical assistance and guidance, acting as a resource for direct care staff regarding program procedures.
- Submit Reports as required
- Provide direct supervision and coordination of clinical staff to include hiring, onboarding, scheduling, training, evaluations, and conflict resolution.
- Facilitate patient intake admissions and assign primary counselor.
- Monitor status of patient fee payments, patient employment activities, and phase-ups.
- Develop weekly group schedule.
- Ensure contracts compliance, including monitoring patient files for QA, and assist with agency audits as needed.
- Conduct patient assessments and evaluations; develop and implement treatment plans for clients; provide case management services as necessary.
- Provide individual, group, and family counseling as necessary.
- Prepare and maintain clinical records, to include review of direct care staff records.
- Facilitate clinical staffing and team meetings.
- Make referrals to appropriate resource agencies and provide feedback to those agencies.
- Provide crisis intervention, when needed.
- Other Duties as assigned
- Coordinate with internal programs for ongoing services and treatment as needed.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Supervise clinical counselor staff. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the Agency's policies and any applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing and training new employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications: Master's
degree and Professional License LMHC, LCSW or LMFT with two to four years' experience
WORK ENVIRONMENT
General office, health care setting. Most work is completed while sitting at desk using standard office equipment. Fast paced, team approach. Multi-tasking requires above average time management skills. Team approach.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Abilities in reaching, bending, talking, sitting, carrying, standing, grasping, fine hand coordination, ability to hear, ability to read and write, and the ability to remain calm under stress. Ability to reach with hands and arms, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Specific vision abilities include close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. Must be capable of lifting 5-10 pounds. May be required to complete standing presentations involving speaking and listening to audience.
