The Medical Director for our Primary Care Health Center will oversee and manage licensed medical staff at three small FQHC primary care practice locations within the Tampa Bay Area. As a future member of our experienced primary care team, your expertise in Family Practice or Internal Medicine will be vital in determining the best treatments and care plans for each patient’s unique health needs, recognizing that quality healthcare should never be compromised by one’s ability to pay. Whether a patient has insurance, is underinsured, or has no coverage at all, all patients receive the same excellent care from the same expert providers.

The Team Lead is Licensed Therapist who will be responsible for the daily operation of the adult forensic GFIT program, supervision of direct service staff, and training and consultation. Reports to and functions under the direction, instruction, and supervision of the Director of Adult Forensic Services & Court Services.

Provide direct nursing care by administering long acting injections to patients with a behavioral health disorder based on a systematized body of knowledge. The Assessment Specialist will be responsible for maintaining patient care by program guidelines and external standards (Joint Commission, Medicaid, etc.). Minimum of a Master's degree; Registered Intern or Florida License is preferred.

The Therapist will be one one our advanced professionals position providing direct therapeutic services to identified mental health and substance abuse children and families within the 24/7 Children's Emergency Crisis Stabilization facility. . The therapist will be responsible for maintaining patient care in accordance with program guidelines and external standards (Joint Commission, Medicaid, etc.). The therapist will provide clinical services specifically psychosocial assessments and treatment planning to the following populace: individual, family and group therapy to children, adolescents, and adults.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The therapist provides direct therapeutic services to identified mental health and substance abuse youths. Provides therapeutic counseling services to youths with emotional and behavioral disorders in school placement. Students must be in an Individual Education Plan with counseling services. Provide in-school and individual, family, and group counseling psychiatric services. The incumbent will maintain patient care following program guidelines and external standards (Joint Commission, Medicaid, etc.). The therapist will provide clinical services specifically psychosocial assessments and treatment planning to the following populace: individual, family, and group therapy to children, adolescents, and adults.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Licensed Therapist in Florida should hold one of the following board licenses: Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. The licensed therapist evaluates and treats mental and emotional health disorders, as well as relationship issues and life challenges, through different forms of psychotherapy. This role involves providing direct therapeutic services to individuals dealing with mental health and substance use issues.

Therapists provide Individual and family therapy, behavioral management, therapeutic behavioral onsite support services, medication management, and alternative services

Applicants must have one of the following Florida Board Licenses (Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, or Registered Intern) plus a Master's Degree in Human Services or other related field of study to be qualified.

Provides advocacy, coordination and continuity of evidence-based care for individuals and families in need through a collaborative process of triage, assessment, planning, and communication. Participates as a member of a multidisciplinary treatment team. Reports to the unit/department supervisor.
