Health Informatics Manager
Scope of Work:
Evaluation Strategy and Design:
- Develop and implement comprehensive evaluation strategies for programs and initiatives.
- Design evaluation frameworks, including logic models, theories of change, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify innovative ways to drive better outcomes faster and more effectively by using statistical techniques for hypothesis testing to validate data and interpret results.
Data Management and Analysis:
- Oversee the collection, storage, and management of data related to program or project performance.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business and program decisions and recommend and implement solutions to optimize processes across the organization.
- Gather, analyze, and interpret complex and large relational based datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks within the behavioral health industry.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate data insights to stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain data models to support forecasting and predictive analytics, helping Cove anticipate future trends, outcomes, and available markets.
- Analyze data to assist Cove in determining patient populations to focus on, focus areas for marketing, and areas for improvement.
Reporting and Communication:
- Prepare detailed evaluation reports that summarize findings, conclusions, and actionable recommendations in clear, concise, and visually appealing manner for stakeholders at various levels of Cove.
- Present evaluation results to program teams, senior leadership, and external stakeholders.
- Communicate complex data insights in a clear and understandable manner to non-technical audiences.
Program Improvement and Support:
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to enhance program effectiveness and impact.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and translate data insights into actionable strategies, enabling Cove to optimize operations, enhance patient care, achieve organizational goals, and address population health.
- Monitor the ongoing performance of programs and grants and make real-time adjustments to evaluation strategies as needed.
Team Management and Leadership:
- Supervise a team of data analysts and evaluators.
- Provide guidance and training to staff on evaluation methodologies, data analysis techniques, and reporting.
