Evaluator
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

·Conduct client assessments and evaluations, including screening for co-occurring disorders, determine the appropriate level of care, and implement referrals as clinically indicated
·Assist in determining the funding stream for payment of services
·Complete psychosocial assessment of each client
·Facilitate and coordinate the client admission process
·Make referrals for the appropriate level of care and/or to other resource agencies
·Work with clients in treatment or waiting for treatment to effectively manage medical, financial, legal, or other issues that are barriers to successful completion of the treatment episode
·Participating in staff development activities
·Assist in the training and education of other staff members, interns, and students
·Prepare all files according to standards and licensing requirements.
·Attend all clinical staffing sessions and provide input as necessary.
·Complete all required reporting on activities, including but not limited to monthly reports and weekly schedules.
·Prepare billing materials for all services rendered.

·Adheres to all applicable federal, state, local, and company-maintained standards of compliance, ethics, and policies concerned with the administration and delivery of agency services.
·Meets deadlines, requirements, and expectations as established by the supervisor, agency, and department. Provides oversight, auditing, and reporting.
·Completes administrative functions and data entry in a timely and accurate manner.
·Provides exceptional customer service in all communications and interactions with staff and the public.
·Maintains confidentiality and remains calm under stress.
·Assists staff with support in all areas of functional responsibility in a courteous, supportive manner.
·Maintains and exhibits servant leadership qualities and exceeds customers' expectations.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Must have a minimum of a Master's degree in a human services-related field with 2 years of experience. Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus. Computer knowledge should include Microsoft applications (Word, Excel), and experience with Electronic Medical Records is preferred.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports. Ability to speak effectively. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or schedule form.Knowledge of the 12-step program in behavior modification, case management, and addiction.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
General office and health care setting. Most work is completed while sitting using standard office equipment. Multi-tasking, fast-paced, team approach requiring above-average time management skills.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Abilities include reaching, bending, talking, sitting, carrying, standing, grasping, fine hand coordination, hearing, reading, writing, and staying calm under stress. Must be able to reach with hands and arms, climb stairs, maintain balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Vision abilities required include close-up, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Must be capable of lifting 50 pounds alone. May be required to give standing presentations involving speaking and listening to the audience.
