Perform collection of oral fluid
Accurately scan and manage documentation related to screenings.
Track and maintain inventory of testing supplies and equipment.
Input and update service information in multiple databases with precision.
Perform on-site testing for select urine specimens.
Record and communicate test results effectively and confidentially.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients during the testing process, ensuring a supportive and respectful atmosphere.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; experience in a healthcare or treatment facility preferred.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.
Proficiency in using computers and various software applications.
