Monitor
The Lab Monitor performs all procedures associated with the collection and processing of urine samples for drug screen analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct both observed and non-observed urine collection for drug screening.
- Perform collection of oral fluid
- Accurately scan and manage documentation related to screenings.
- Track and maintain inventory of testing supplies and equipment.
- Input and update service information in multiple databases with precision.
- Perform on-site testing for select urine specimens.
- Record and communicate test results effectively and confidentially.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients during the testing process, ensuring a supportive and respectful atmosphere.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; experience in a healthcare or treatment facility preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.
- Proficiency in using computers and various software applications.
