Administrative Program Supervisor-Outpatient Services
The Administrative Program Supervisor is an advanced professional responsible for managing the daily operations of the front desk, overseeing Administrative Assistants, and overseeing patient registration and check-out processes. This position leads direct service staff and is involved in training and providing consultation. The Supervisor reports to and works under the direction and supervision of the Program Manager.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent. Four (4) to six (6) years of Human Service/Behavioral Health experience preferred. Knowledge of programs and insurance verification. Ability to effectively communicate verbally with, provide information to, and respond to questions from managers, clients, service providers, family members, and the general public. Valid Florida driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation.
FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provides direct supervision for the program staff. Supervises and/or coordinates direct delivery service of the reporting unit. Ensures training compliance.
- Complete Ibis Healthcare required documentation in an accurate and timely manner, including but not limited to program monitoring and quality reports.
- Maintain cooperative relationships with internal and external programs and agencies.
- Attend agency-wide, division, and program meetings, seminars, conferences, and workshops to maintain and enhance essential skills and knowledge.
- Interviews/hires prospective employees and orients them to the program.
- Assume administrative and supervisory duties in the Program Manager's absence.
- Performs other duties that are similar, related, or are a logical assignment to the job.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- General office, health care setting.
- Most work is completed while sitting at the desk using standard office equipment.
- Fast paced. Multi-tasking requires above-average time management skills. Team approach.
