The Driver for Patient Transportation Services is responsible for includes transporting clients via company vehicle to and from healthcare facilities to receive services and scheduled appointments. The Family Intervention Specialist will provide a continuum of substance abuse and co-occurring SA/mental health services. Plans include screening, assessment, specialized outreach, linkage, monitoring, planning, and advocacy to adults with substance abuse issues involved with the child welfare system.
The Baker Act Specialist is considered a highly regarded administrative position requiring technical knowledge of the Florida Mental Health Act (Baker Act) regulations and procedures. The licensed therapist evaluates and treats mental and emotional health disorders, as well as relationship issues and life challenges, through different forms of psychotherapy. This role involves providing direct therapeutic services to individuals dealing with mental health and substance use issues.
This is an advanced professional position that performs initial reassessments to evaluate client’s needs for appropriate treatment including but not limited to mental health, substance abuse, and primary care. Assessments will include psychosocial assessments and treatment planning for the following populace: children, adolescents, and adults. The Assessment Specialist will be responsible for maintaining patient care by program guidelines and external standards (Joint Commission, Medicaid, etc.).
The Therapist is an advanced professional position that provides direct therapeutic services to identified mental health and substance abuse patients within the Behavioral Health Network (B-NET) program. The therapist will be responsible for maintaining patient care in accordance with program guidelines and external standards (Joint Commission, Medicaid, etc.). Therapists provide Individual and family therapy, behavioral management, therapeutic behavioral onsite support services, medication management, and alternative services
Applicants must have one of the following Florida Board Licenses (Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, or Registered Intern) plus a Master's Degree in Human Services or other related field of study to be qualified.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Administrative Assistant will provide support and management to clinical staff and clients within the Adult Outpatient Department. The Administrative Assistant acts as first contact with patients regarding appointments, scheduling, provider scheduling, processing payments, and EMR updates. Reports to and functions under the direction, instruction, and supervision of the program administrator.
